UK Ing. Giovanni Rodia SpA Italy Tensacciai SpA Italy Kier International Plc. UK StarkstoemundSognalBaugessessschaft GmbH Germany. But the company RodioAfcons India Ltd which was a JV company promoted with Giovanni Rodia Italy has gone into voluntary liquidation and the liquidation process is underway with effect from July 29 1999.
